Shipping
Products are shipped by Australia Post before 10am the following business day.
If the item is returned because parcel hasn't been picked up, the buyer is charged the return costs for the products to come back to Lashia and for any costs involved in re-sending the package.

Australia: Overnight (Major Towns – Express Post)
New Zealand: 3-5 Working Days (Online Tracking)

Make sure that your information is correct . Lashia not responsible for delivery to the wrong address if it is this specified in the order.

Right to cancel / return

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer ( a private person ), you have 14 days right from what you've received an item we have sent to you. The right of withdrawal is regulated in the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act ( 2005:59 ) . According to § 4 of this Act , refund claims of distance contracts, inter alia,
